Sales Policy

I try my best to ensure that each artwork is created and delivered with as much care as possible. That said, if something has gone wrong, I'm very sorry and am grateful for your feedback and the opportunity to make things right.

 

To this end, I offer returns and exchanges within 14 days for any artwork that you have bought from sophiahotung.com that you are not satisfied with.

 

Please note that the products need to be in an unused condition, and in their original state and packaging.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please accept my apologies. You'll be refunded or entitled to an exchange within 14 days.

Specifically, with respect to Studio Prints, which are printed and dispatched by my good friends at The Lion Rock Press, returns must be processed through them in accordance with their returns policy.
