Every week, I host "office hours". These are a set number of hours per week that clients are able to reserve in 2-hour increments. During office hours, I focus solely on bringing your creative vision to light. By the end of our office hours session, you'll receive everything I've created.

How it works

Receive a follow-up email to schedule office hours
Log on to the office hours call via the link emailed to you
Spend 15-30 minutes explaining your brief and needs
Stay on the call, check in sporadically, or leave and rejoin the call within the 2-hour period
At the end of the session, receive whatever you've created. Should you require more deliverables or edits after the 2-hour session, you can book another office hours session.

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for using office hours to support your upcoming creative project. By engaging with this offering, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable after the transaction is completed.

2. Usage Rights

Clients are granted permission to use the deliverables solely for display purposes. Editing, monetisation, minting as an NFT, or selling any work without prior written consent from the artist is strictly prohibited.

3. Credit Requirement

Any display or reproduction of the work must include proper credit. This credit should feature one of the following: “Sophia Hotung,” "@sophiahotung" or "www.sophiahotung.com".

4. Ownership Rights

The artist retains all ownership rights to all works and drafts produced, regardless of their use by the client.

5. Termination Clause

The artist reserves the right to cancel services at any time, in which case a full refund will be issued to the client.

6. Limitations

The artist does not accept commissions or create artworks in the style of "The Hong Konger" or "Choreopolis."

7. Additional Services and Products

Consultation calls, administrative work, and the emailing of deliverables are included within the 2-hour session time frame.
