USA Rugby and the Hong Kong Alumni Network needed a shirt for this year's LA Rugby Sevens this August. But not just any old shirt. The goal was to make something tacky, gaudy, and kitschy with loud colours, Hong Kong icons, and flag vibes. This is how it went from an idea to a fashion moment.
As well as a shirt, I also put the design on tumblers and socks for the Hong Kong Alumni Network to gift to guests at their Sevens screening party.
