Ocean-centric cryptocurrency logo
Pacific DeFi
June 2021
Created on commission for Pacific DeFi, a cryptocurrency with a focus on preserving nature and sustainable practices, this project involved creating a logo that spoke to the founders' love of nature and southeast Asian roots.
With these specifications in mind, I created a coin that used negative space in a similar style to Qing dynasty "doughnut" coins and paid homage to 'The Great Wave off Kanagawa" by Japanese artist, Hokusai.
The logo was delivered in SVG vector, rasterised PNG, and Photoshop PSD formats.
